Fun night @dopojazz tasting their yummy menu. I’m not much of a sweets fan, but this lime sorbet with berry compote packed some pucker power tartness and refreshing! Nice live jazz music added to the ambiance of this new downtown Salt Lake restaurant.

Healthy cooking tip: Behold the fresh herbs! Adding fresh basil and Daiya cheese shreds to my leftover pasta dish made it like an entirely different meal.
