One way to educate yourself about the pros of eating healthy, is by watching documentaries. I find that reading a lot of material is overwhelming and I don’t seem to ever have enough time to read books for hours and hours… as much as sitting around reading all day sounds delightful, my busy life just doesn’t lend itself to that much free time. So, in order to learn about the impacts of food on our bodies, I have found that watching movies about food is a great way to quickly learn. Also, watching movies with our families is a great way to help them understand the health impact of what they put into their mouths.
