Restaurant review: One of my favorite Mexican dishes is tortilla soup. This might have been the best I’ve ever enjoyed! This one had right amount of veggies and fresh tortilla strips and the best broth ever. Other guests devoured their mole chicken enchiladas, verde enchiladas, Sonoran grilled steak. Awesome chips and salsa and virgin margaritas! Next time I’m back in Temecula, I’m totally going back!
Looking for a New Year’s Eve lunch and we stumbled into Shoga – located in Orem, Utah.
Jen had the sushi which was common and expected. Frankly, it’s hard to find good sushi in Utah.
Klint, on the other hand, enjoyed the hugest pile of steak yakisoba. Heavenly tender steak pieces with lots of vegetables. Definitely a dish to get again.
The service was okay. The restaurant was little, crowded, but cool decor. Guess this restaurant would be okay to check out again… Until we find a better sushi joint in Utah County.
Tonight we grilled these prehistoric sized rib eyes steaks. There isn’t much to compare with aged steak. We added a little Worchestire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning. Amazing flavor and tenderness!
